Zef is the founder of Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS) and a co-founder of Spirit Electronics, IQL Labs, and HiRel Microelectronics. Throughout his career, he has built and led organizations focused on engineering excellence, operational performance, and innovation, supporting mission-critical semiconductor programs across both commercial and defense markets.

Larry Jorstad brings more than 40 years of semiconductor industry experience in design, testing, and engineering services. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the development of innovative testing methodologies and high-reliability solutions for commercial, industrial, and aerospace applications.

Larry earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He is the designer of Chrysler's in-dash digital clock and a pioneer in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) latch-up testing.

His career includes executive and engineering leadership positions at STS, ISE Labs, National Semiconductor, and Fairchild Semiconductor, where he has helped advance semiconductor testing and reliability throughout the industry.

Saeed Malik is a technology and semiconductor executive with more than 40 years of leadership experience driving innovation, business growth, and operational excellence. As Chairman of the Board at iTest Inc. and Technical Advisor to iTest Hi-Rel, he provides strategic direction while helping shape the company's long-term technical vision.

Saeed founded ISE Labs in 1983, growing the company into a leading semiconductor services provider with more than $80 million in annual revenue and operations spanning the United States and Asia. He later served as a founding member and Chairman of Silicon Turnkey Solutions, where he also architected the company's ERP infrastructure, and as President of Semilabs Inc., leading the development of semiconductor software solutions.

Eric West is a semiconductor technology leader with more than 40 years of experience in design, testing, and engineering services. As Chief Technology Officer at iTest Inc. and Technical Advisor to iTest Hi-Rel, he helps drive technical strategy, innovation, and the development of advanced test solutions for high-reliability applications.

Eric's expertise includes RF and mixed-signal test development, burn-in driver systems, software development, and engineering management. Throughout his career, he has led the development of robust test methodologies supporting both commercial semiconductor and aerospace programs.

Previously, Eric served as a Test Engineer at Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS) and as an independent consultant, where he delivered technical solutions and strategic guidance to organizations ranging from emerging startups to established semiconductor companies.

Rabbi-ul Islam has more than 30 years of semiconductor industry experience spanning design, manufacturing, testing, operations, and engineering services. As CEO of iTest Inc. and Technical Advisor to iTest Hi-Rel, he leverages the capabilities of iTest Inc.'s commercial-scale operations to help deliver robust test infrastructure, operational excellence, and cost efficiencies for iTest Hi-Rel customers.

His expertise includes test and wafer probing program development, device and package qualification, and establishing high-volume test operations in global markets. He played a key role in developing the Singapore test facility, which became one of the world's largest independent semiconductor test houses.

Rabbi previously served in executive leadership roles at ISE Labs, including Vice President of Engineering & Test and General Manager of ISE Labs Hong Kong, where he led engineering innovation and international expansion.

Richard Regna brings more than 50 years of experience in electronics, device design, and test engineering across the biomedical, automotive, commercial electronics, and IoT industries. As Principal Engineer, he supports the development of advanced test solutions for high-reliability and mission-critical applications.

Throughout his career, Richard has led engineering teams and developed innovative hardware and software test strategies for complex electronic systems. His expertise spans device design, test development, and engineering leadership across a broad range of technologies.

Previously, Richard served as Head of Test Design at zGlue and as an engineering consultant, providing technical leadership and innovative solutions for diverse semiconductor and electronics programs.

Madho Dhouni is a microelectronics industry veteran with more than 45 years of experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and qualification for mission-critical defense, aerospace, and space applications. As Strategic Technical Advisor to iTest Hi-Rel, he provides guidance on advanced microelectronics, semiconductor qualification, supply chain management, and high-reliability programs.

Madho spent 22 years at TRW Space Systems (now Northrop Grumman), where he held engineering and executive leadership roles supporting advanced military and space technologies. He later served as Vice President at Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS) and, following its acquisition by Micross, as Vice President of Advanced Products, leading the delivery of high-reliability microelectronic solutions for Department of Defense and Department of Energy programs.

Fatema Lakhia is an accomplished program management leader with more than 10 years of experience in semiconductor testing and high-reliability services. As Director of Programs & Strategic Accounts at iTest Hi-Rel, she oversees strategic customer programs, ensuring seamless execution from initial engagement through qualification and production.

Fatema has successfully led complex programs for Tier 1 military and aerospace customers, coordinating cross-functional engineering and operations teams to deliver advanced test and qualification solutions. Her expertise includes managing technically demanding requirements, accelerating program timelines without compromising quality, and fostering trusted customer relationships. With a disciplined, customer-first approach, she helps ensure successful outcomes for some of the industry's most critical high-reliability programs

Mary C. Massey brings more than 35 years of leadership in high-reliability microelectronics, specializing in qualifying and deploying advanced semiconductor technologies for aerospace, defense, and deep-space applications. A Northrop Grumman Space Systems veteran with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, she pioneered the adoption of plastic ball grid array (PBGA) packaging for radiation-hardened ICs a breakthrough that improved size, weight, and power (SWaP) and became a key differentiator across multiple award-winning space programs.
